Purchase, reservation & privacy
Clear terms before private work begins.
These are the current plain-language terms for Studio payment links. A scoped agreement may add details for a particular engagement; if it does, that agreement governs that work.
Signary reservations
The $500 Signary Founder Scan reservation is refundable. It opens a scope, fit, timing, and consent conversation; it does not by itself begin archive intake or promise a start date. If both sides approve a $10,000 engagement, the reservation is credited in full. If the Studio declines the work or the parties do not agree to scope, the reservation is refunded.
Imprint access
The $200 Imprint purchase is one-time access to the complete seven-room digital experience, signed-in continuity, and the portable file it produces. It is not a subscription or a reservation. Use the same email at checkout and sign-in. If access does not work, contact the Studio from the purchase email so delivery can be corrected.
Imprint privacy boundary
AI is not used inside the guided experience. If you choose signed-in sync, your in-progress Imprint is stored with your account so you can return across devices. The finished file transfers to an AI or another person only when you copy, download, or explicitly send it. The service is not described as a zero-knowledge vault and should not be used as crisis, medical, legal, or mental-health care.
Private source
Do not send confidential, identifying, health, financial, legal, employee, client, or unreleased source material before a written scope and handling agreement is in place. A public demo or inquiry form is not a private vault.
Delivery and correction
A private Signary engagement includes a stated source boundary, delivery rhythm, founder correction pass, and access terms. The map is an interpretive working environment, not legal, financial, medical, valuation, or due-diligence advice.
Payments and refunds
Stripe processes card payments and sends the payment receipt. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing time is outside the Studio's control. Work already performed under a signed scope follows the cancellation and refund terms in that agreement.
